Liverpool Vision is an independent company established to bring together key public and private sector agencies to deliver the regeneration of Liverpool city centre.
In 2000 Liverpool Vision - The UK's first Urban Regeneration Company - produced the Strategic Regeneration Framework (SRF) to guide the redevelopment of Liverpool city centre.
Vision's main partners are Liverpool City Council, Northwest Development Agency and English Partnerships. Together with resources from Europe (Merseyside Objective 1 Programme) and national Government (Cityfocus), we are working to create a City Centre that attracts new investment, creates employment and shares the benefits with the whole of Merseyside.
